Shanghai CYTS Tours Co., Ltd. (SCYTS) is a state-owned enterprise under Shanghai Jiushi Tourism (Group) Co., Ltd. It is one of the earliest state-owned travel agencies including CITS, CTS and CYTS established after China’s reform and opening-up, as well as one of the first travel agencies qualified for outbound tourism services. With over 40 years of inheritance and development, SCYTS has grown into a comprehensive group-level cultural enterprise integrating tourism, convention & exhibition, cultural creativity, study tours, team building and event organization. It serves more than 8,000 groups and over 100,000 person-times annually, with an annual operating revenue exceeding 2.7 billion RMB. The Company has also expanded into sectors such as hotels, real estate, automobile services, business services and freight transportation in its development process.
