2026 Shanghai High-Level International Talents Exchange Conference & International Students Job Fair

To accelerate the development of a world-class talent hub and innovation powerhouse, and to position Chinese language learning and testing as a key driver for attracting top international talent to China; in 2025, Fudan University and Chinese Testing International (CTI) jointly hosted the inaugural Shanghai High-Level International Talents Exchange Conference in Shanghai, with 40 renowned Chinese universities — including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University — and 40+ leading companies such as JD.com, Alibaba, XCMG and Goertek participating, attracting over 5,000 attendees from across the country, including international students, returned Chinese language teachers and volunteers, with remarkable results.

The 2nd edition will be held in Shanghai on May 10, 2026, to further refine the mechanism for matching international talent with employers, and to provide international students and foreign professionals with pathways for both further study and career development in China.
