CHINA SFECO GROUP is a comprehensive state-owned foreign-related enterprise specializing in international and domestic engineering contracting, overseas investment, international and domestic bidding consultation, import and export trade, as well as domestic and international human resources services. Formerly known as the Shanghai Municipal Foreign Economic Liaison Bureau, it is a comprehensive foreign-related state-owned enterprise approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. It is also one of the earliest state-owned enterprises to "go global" since China's reform and opening up, and a member enterprise of Shanghai Construction Group (SCG), a Fortune Global 500 company. In recent years, SFECO Shanghai and its parent company Shanghai Construction Group have consistently ranked among the top 10 in the ENR rankings. The Group has been repeatedly listed in the China Top 500 Service Enterprises, Global Top 500 Chinese Enterprises and Shanghai Top 100 Enterprises. It has obtained numerous qualifications and honors, including Grade 2A Credit Rating for Chinese Foreign Engineering Contractors, Grade 2A Credit Rating for Foreign Labor Cooperation Enterprises, and Grade 3A Credit Rating for Overseas Complete Set Engineering Industry Enterprises.
