UCloud Technology Co., Ltd. is a neutral and secure cloud computing service platform. It independently develops IaaS, PaaS, big data circulation platforms and AI service platforms, and offers a full range of cloud products including public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud and dedicated cloud. It provides comprehensive digital transformation services for users across various industries such as government, AI large models, industrial internet, telecom operators, education, healthcare, retail, finance and the internet.

In January 2020, UCloud (stock abbreviation: UCloud; stock code: 688158) was officially listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It became China’s first public cloud company listed on the STAR Market, as well as the first A-share enterprise adopting the dual-class share structure, pioneering the development of China’s A-share capital market and corporate governance system.

UCloud operates 30 availability zones worldwide, covering 22 regions across China, Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Africa. Supported by two self-built data centers in Ulanqab (Inner Mongolia) and Qingpu (Shanghai), it has built a digital information infrastructure featuring cloud-network integration, high security and stability, intelligence and agility, as well as green and low-carbon operation. With offline service stations located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and other major Chinese cities, UCloud has delivered cloud services to over 50,000 enterprise users globally.
