Shanghai Wensli Silk Co., Ltd. is a core enterprise under Wensli Group specializing in Shanghai-style silk cultural and creative products. Rooted in Shanghai and serving the whole country, it inherits the Group’s nearly 50-year heritage in the silk industry. Founded in Hangzhou in 1975 as Jianqiao Silk Factory, the Group was awarded China’s Well-Known Trademark in 1999, the first in the silk industry. Shanghai Sales Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities: 1. Under the guidance of a mentor, be responsible for the development of group-buying customer resources, proactively explore potential customers, follow up on customer needs, assist the team in achieving phased sales targets, and gradually independently master the entire process skills of group-buying customer development. 2. Implement the company's group-buying sales strategy and annual and quarterly sales plans, cooperate in conducting business promotion activities, participate in formulating regional group-buying business promotion plans, assist in achieving overall sales targets, and accumulate practical experience in group-buying business operations. 3. Cooperate in maintaining core group-buying customer relationships in the Shanghai area, participate in customer visits, demand matching, business negotiations and other matters, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase willingness. 4. Be responsible for collecting and organizing information on the group-buying market, industry trends and customer feedback in the Shanghai area, providing effective data support for the company's product iteration and regional market strategy optimization. 5. Assist in promoting the negotiation and signing of group-buying sales contracts, and cooperate with the mentor to complete related sales service work. 6. Participate in the company's systematic training and job rotation to quickly master the core advantages of Wanshili Silk products, the logic of group purchase sales and industry rules, and gradually independently undertake group purchase business. 【 Job Requirements 】 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited. Fresh graduates or those who graduated within one year are preferred. Candidates with relevant internship experience in group buying or TO B sales will be given priority. 2. Be passionate about sales work, have a strong sense of purpose, possess good stress resistance and learning ability, and be able to adapt to the needs of customer visits in the Shanghai area. 3. Strong communication and expression skills, clear logic, good affinity and sense of responsibility, able to quickly understand customer needs and cooperate with the team to complete group-buying business-related work. 4. Strong learning ability, good at summarizing experience, capable of quickly mastering the product features of Wanshili Silk and the group-buying business process, and willing to deeply engage in the group-buying sales field in the Shanghai area for a long time. 5.
